Cafe Bienni is expanding! After 20 successful years at our Bondi Beach location, we have found premises overlooking the water at St Kilda in Melbourne, not far from the St Kilda Pier. Many of our regular customers are visitors from Melboune who have heard about Chef Bienni's exciting approach to "La nuova cucina italiana" (The New Italian Cuisine). It's no secret that Melbourne has many of the best restaurants in Australia (if not the world). So Steven Bienni is keen to take on the challenge of competing with Melbourne's top restauranteurs.

But our Sydney customers need not be concerned. Steven Bienni's daughter, Isabella, will be taking over as head chef at Cafe Bienni Bondi Beach. Isabella Bienni graduated five years ago with top honours from the Culinary Institute of Milan (L'istituto Culinario di Milano) and has worked as second chef under her father for the past two years. Sydney first, now Melbourne... who knows where we;ll open next?
